About Kids Talent Festival

Kids Talent Festival is a one of a kind talent competition in South Africa that offers some of the biggest prizes to be won in a competition environment. Each category winner will receive a cash prize of R30 000 as well as Masterclasses by some of the finest International and South-African artists, some with industry experience of over 30 years.

We are extremely honoured to have Karin van der Laag, Jannie du Toit, Ignatius van Heerden, Berthine van Schoor, Ilse Fourie and the very accomplished International concert pianist Congyu Wang from Singapore and Ben Schoeman from South Africa on our Judging and Masterclass panel.

All auditions, Semi Finals and the Grand Finale will be a great learning experience for every contestant. Exposure to the absolute professional environment of real-life artists, qualified, experienced judges and performance set-up will prove to be an exciting experience for all.

The overall winner will get to perform at the Wêlakapêla Kids Festival 2020 and will be dressed by one of South Africa’s top fashion designers, Thomas Thomson.
